Winter season prices

From 01/10 to 30/04 the price per night per person is 40,00 euro and italian breakfast is available in the room (milk, tea, coffee, packaged brioche, fruit juice).

– use of the two pools of the villagge (of which the smallest heated for children)*;
– dishwasher (in almost all rooms);

– mini bar in room;
– Babies will have a cot, changing table, high chair and bath tub.

 

* these services are available only during summer season.

 

Extra services (available during summer season): 
– half board or full board (lunch from 11:30 to 14.00; dinner from 18:30 to 24:00) in our restaurant with the following types and prices per persona per day:
1) adult menu: a first + a second + outline + water and house wine – 15,00 euro
2) adult pizza menu: a stuffed pizza + a drink – 10,00 euro
3) children menu (children up to 12 years): stuffed pizza + a drink,  or a second + outline + a drink, or a first + dessert + a drink – 8,00 euro.

– use of the cardio gym – 10,00 euro per person per day

– sauna use (subject to reservation) – 10,00 euro per person per hour

– use of tennis courts, one covered and one uncovered (subject to reservation) 10,00 euro per hour

Booking conditions:

1) as provided by village regulations, pets are accepted by paying a supplement of € 40.00 (for small-sized pets) and of 50,00 euro (for medium-sized pets) per pet per stay (for hygienic cleaning);
2) instructions for the payment:

  • for less than 7 nights stay: with bank transfer of the entire sum, done at least 8 days before the arrival;
  • for 7 nights stay or more: the 40% of the sum with bank transfer at the confirm of the booking; the rest of the payment on the arrival at “Villaggio dei Fiori” in via Firenze 17/19, where there is the reception for check-in; it’s possible to pay with credit card, bancomat, in cash or with bank transfer at least 8 days before the arrival;

3)  extra payments (tourist tax, stamp for the invoice and final cleaning) have to be paid only in cash at check-in.
